Refund and Returns Policy

Our Policy

At Happy Creationz, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason other than items that arrive damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we are here to help.

To be eligible for assistance, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging (including the shipping box)

  • A brief description of the issue

Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed:

  • If the item can be easily repaired by the customer, guidance may be provided and no replacement will be issued.

  • If the item is deemed not repairable, you may be eligible for a replacement of the same or similar item, depending on availability.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Return Requirement for Replacements

To receive a replacement item:

  • The original item must be shipped back to the artist 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

  • The replacement will be processed once the original item is received

Additional Notes

  • Each item is handmade and may include slight variations that are not considered defects

  • We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including improper handling or hanging

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy
