Processing Time
Because all items are made by hand, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. This processing window begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If you place an order near a holiday period, please anticipate a slight delay.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple, straightforward shipping rates based on your order total (before tax):

FREE for orders of $100.00 or more
Shipping totals are calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal, before tax.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We are unable to fulfill international orders.
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that delivery times to these states may be slightly longer than standard continental US estimates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your package has been handed off for delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier volume, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Please be aware that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds will not be issued for lost or missing packages.
